Stara Zagora region, Bulgaria, is subjected to intensive air pollution mainly with industrial origin. The work reported results of a study of the influence of several air pollutants – nitrogen and sulfur oxides, hydrogen sulfide, industrial dust on crop yield in the field at the area. A regression model of the dependence of sugar beet yield on the meteorological and environmental factors at the area was derived.
