The development of scientific theories for the construction of the substance and fencing of separate directions, such as general and physical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry and agricultural chemistry changed perceptions of this science and forms for its individual professional teaching. Experts in various fields of science and industry need of specialist knowledge in the field of chemistry. The introduction of information technology and e-learning have brought new tasks and requirements for the acquisition of knowledge in the field of general and specialised chemistry. The creation of Web-based training systems put the University education of chemistry of a new quality level.
