During 2004 - 2006 the experiment with short-day onion, cultivar Radar for investigation of the irrigation regime and nutrient intake by two kinds of drip installations were carried out. The drip laterals were put in two rows. The distances between drippers were 10 cm and 25 cm. The biggest yield was 3 718 kg/da at drip distance d=10cm and treated with Humustim (humatic acid). The coefficients of the yield response to water were Ky=1,92 and Ky=2,92 respectively of the trial period.
