Nowadays, there are produced internationally 10 millions tons of cheese products on their fabrication resulting approximately 85 -95 millions litres of whey. By using the membrane techniques for obtaining the cheese products, it results a product named permeat with a similar composition to the whey, which no longer raises problems of pollution of the environment.
