15. Social programming – a basis for regulation of the social development

The study of the concept of social programming and its development in a historical light as done in this study, allows the identification of the main strengths and weaknesses of the approaches used to identify the role of social programming in the social governance. As a result of the analysis, the place of social programming as an important element in the organizational systems and a basis for regulating the social development, is substantiated from a scientific point of view.
