Resume
Bulgaria receives a small part of the EU-wide budget in the wine sector, which is within 2.1% of the EU’s CAP 28 budget. At the beginning of the survey period, differences between the start-up budget and the real allowance for use are established, due to administrative obstacles and violations. The aim of the study is to trace the activity of the grape and wine producers in the implementation of the public support in the period 2009–2017. There was a difference in the activity of the beneficiaries by regions, both in terms of application and relative utilization of funds.
