The evaluation and characterization of the conditions for well-provided growing moisture of agricultural plants has a major significance in the process of investigation of the agro-climatic resources of a given territory. The conditions for growing moist are in straight relation with the regime of the rainfalls and their distribution in the vegetational period.
We have used as indicators for evaluation and characterization in our research: the winter reserves of soil moist as well as rainfalls/snowfalls with their periods: winter(October-March), spring(April-June), summer(July-August).
