4. Application of ridge-till planting technologies for cotton yield increase

For the first time there has been an opportunity for ridge-till technology application on cotton growing in weakly acidic light-gray soils in South Kazakhstan. The impact of ridge-till technology on both water and physical characteristics of soils and nutrient regime change has been studied, as well as its influence on the size, development and yield of cotton.
