It was investigated the protective role of mediums for cryopresrvation of ram semen from Black-head Pleven breed and Karakachanian breed. The positive influence of LDL-faction extracted from egg yolk, added to the medium for cryopreservation Triladil (Minitub) over the sperm motility and viability was established
The differences between the spermatozoa cryoresistence of the two breeds was proven.
