The current project aims to explicitly the major factors determining various social issues concerning the Bulgarian restitutees. To this end, special emphasis is placed on the analysis of the post-restitution behaviour (either consumer or business-oriented) of the restitutees and the profit (non-profit) status of the restitution assets. The subsequently conducted analyses determines the social categories and strata within the Bulgarian society stemming from the urban restitution process.
