Resume

It was found, that in the variation without irrigation the temperature difference in the leaves is higher than irrigated variants around 4-8°C which is directly related to the conduct of basic physiological processes. The applied irrigation regime had no negative impact and in the irrigated variants it is responsible for maintaining of a higher pH – around and over 4 g/dm3, which determines the greater harmony of taste and freshness of the berries.
