25. Legislation as a precondition for the development of contemporary Bulgarian agricultural cooperatives

The position of the legal framework as a key element of the formal institutional environment is clarified from a theoretical point of view in the paper. The relationship between legislation and specificity in the development of current Bulgarian agricultural cooperatives is analyzed and evaluated. Some guidelines and recommendations are outlined.
