In the submitted report deals with the introduction of new approaches in university training in chemistry as ancient science. Chemistry has formed the opinion for the purely experimental science. The development of scientific theories for the construction of the substance and fencing of separate directions, such as general and physical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry and agricultural chemistry changed perceptions of this science and forms for its individual professionals teaching. Experts in various fields of science and industry in need of specialist knowledge in the field of chemistry the introduction of information technology and e-learning have brought new tasks and requirements for the acquisition of knowledge in the field of general and specialized chemistry. The creation of Web-based training systems put the University education of chemistry of a new quality level.
