In the modern conditions of globalization and dynamic changes in the economic and social environment, strategies for the future development of the European Union and Member States aimed at achieving smart, sustainable and inclusive growth, emphasize strongly the importance of human resources development for the efficiency of actions in any organization.
Public employment services in the EU, assuming a common strategy for future development, take the path of change setting important and ambitious targets for performance of the work. The determination of the necessary competences is an important stage of the ongoing updates to the model of work which is made in this study through the active involvement of employees and management in the assessing, developing and defining key competences.
