Resume

Balance experiments for establishing of the digestibility of the amino acids of triticale with Japanese quails have been conducted. Two methods were used – fecal and indicator. The average true digestibility of the amino acids, using  the fecal methods, were 79.53 and for essential amino acids – 81.79. The highest true digestibility shows glutamine – 87.43 and the lowest – alamine – 77.05. The average true digestibility of the amino acids, using the indicator methods, were 79.41 and for essential amino acids – 82.64. The highest true digestibility shows metionine – 94.92 and the lowest – histidine – 76.01. Significant were the differences between the both of the methods by arginine, glutamine and methionine.
