26. Energy and protein value of brewery wastes experimented by Muskovy Ducks

Resume

Using adapted for Muskovy ducks balance experiments (fecal method), the AME and TME and the true digestibility of the amino acids of brewery wastes have been conducted. The zero nitrogen balance AME of fodder were 5.0 and the TME – 6.69MJ/kg DM. The true digestibility coefficients of the amino acids varied from 64.4% (lysine) to 96.58% (glycine).
